Seasoned midfielder Manpreet Singh find his name in the national hockey camp for upcoming internationals

Hockey India announced 36 probables for the national camp that got underway on Monday in Bengaluru

Former skipper and ace midfielder Manpreet Singh has been included in the national hockey camp that got underway from Monday at the Sports Authority of India (SAI) Centre in Bengaluru. According to Hockey India release, 36 probables have been selected for the national camp in preparation for the upcoming major internationals including World Cup and Japan Asian Games.

The Early in January the seasoned midfielder was axed from the national camp due to alleged incident during South African tour in December 2025. It will be interesting to see whether Manpreet Singh finds a place in the national team.
