The National Rifle Association of India (NRAI) has announced Pre-Asian Games camp from Friday.

The National Rifle Association of India (NRAI) announced the final preparatory camps for the Indian shooting squad ahead of the Aichi-Nagoya Japan Asian Games. The preparatory camps will be held at Madhya Pradesh State Shooting Academy in Bhopal and the Dr Karni Singh Shooting Range in New Delhi from this week.

The rifle and pistol camp will commence from September 5 to 14 in Bhopal. The Shotgun (skeet) camp will start from September 4 to 14 in New Delhi. The venue for trap shooters will also be Delhi and camp will commence from September 10.

Pawan Kumar Singh, NRAI Secretary General, said, the final preparatory camps will give opportunity to shooters to fine tune their skills ahead of the Asian Games in Japan.

The shooting competition at the Aichi-Nagoya Asian Games is scheduled to take place from September 17 to October 3 at the Aichi Prefectural General Shooting Range.
